Production:
Our standard production time for most products are 2-4 business days with a limited number of products with options for rush same day and/or next day production.
Products that require additional levels of production, such as booklets, average between 3-4 business days but may take up to 5-7 business days depending on our press queues.
** Please note production typically does not start until the following business day of placing order. This is true even for rush production orders.
For instance, if you placed your order for next day production on Monday, your order will be processed on Tuesday and completed by Wednesday for shipping. To receive same day and next production in a timely manner, you must submit print ready files otherwise, non-compliance will delay the production process.
Shipping:
Shipping times vary by product as outlined in the production options on the product order page. Completed orders are processed for shipping the following day in which case we will email the tracking information to you.
Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, and major holidays.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by HanmiPrint.com or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or production queues.
