Certain specialty products have strict technical setup requirements in order to produce with good results, therefore, online designer is not available for these products because it does not have the functionality of professional design software required to setup correctly. For these specialty products, we highly recommend hiring our professional designers at HANMIPRINT™ who have the technical skills to design and setup artwork for the best results.

Certain restrictions apply. Our Satisfaction Guarantee covers issues with production defects such as poor cutting, incorrect coating, incorrect round corner radius, etc. There are policies in place for our production to meet certain thresholds in quality such as variations in color, cutting parameters, etc. If we fail to achieve a result that did not meet any of the thresholds, in most cases, our quality control department will catch it and be sent for reprint automatically. However, sometimes some slip past our QC review.

Yes we offer free shipping on every order. Free ground shipping is limited to 48 contiguous United States. Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Islands, and Canada will incur standard shipping rates.

Standard paper products average 4 business days for standard production with some products available with RUSH Production Service.
Some specialized paper products take up to 7 business days for production. Our high end PVC plastic and metal cards take up to 3 weeks for production.
