How do I place order?
Select the base product, select your options, choose to upload print ready files or design it online with our design app, then checkout as usual. We accept all major credit cards through our PayPal payment platform. You do not need a PayPal account.
Why can't I use online designer on some products?
Certain specialty products have strict technical setup requirements in order to produce with good results, therefore, online designer is not available for these products because it does not have the functionality of professional design software required to setup correctly. For these specialty products, we highly recommend hiring our professional designers at HANMIPRINT™ who have the technical skills to design and setup artwork for the best results.
If you have design files prepared by an experienced professional designer, you can upload your files to use for the order.
Do you offer any guarantee?
We proudly offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee! We guarantee that your order will be produced to our highest quality standards. If we fail to produce a product that does not meet our standards, we will offer to reprint your order without incurring any additional fees.
Certain restrictions apply. Our Satisfaction Guarantee covers issues with production defects such as poor cutting, incorrect coating, incorrect round corner radius, etc. There are policies in place for our production to meet certain thresholds in quality such as variations in color, cutting parameters, etc. If we fail to achieve a result that did not meet any of the thresholds, in most cases, our quality control department will catch it and be sent for reprint automatically. However, sometimes some slip past our QC review.

Help I can't upload my artwork files.
It’s ok. Don’t panic. The web can be buggy. If you ever run into any issues with uploading files, you can skip it. Complete your order and email artwork files to us. We’ll take it from there.

Do you offer free design templates?
We sure do! We have themed design templates for many of our popular products such as business cards, postcards, flyers, and more. You can find the themed templates on our online designer.
We also have stock design templates you can download to aid you in designing with your own design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign. You can find these templates on the product page of your choosing. Look for the additional information tabs.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes we offer free shipping on every order. Free ground shipping is limited to 48 contiguous United States. Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Islands, and Canada will incur standard shipping rates.
If shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, US Islands, or Canada, we’ll setup a separate shipping invoice to cover the costs. Please email us after your purchase to verify shipping information and rates.

When will my order arrive?
Shipping transit times will vary based on type of product and shipping address. Free domestic shipping ground transit times can vary from 2 to 5 business days on average.
Standard paper products average 4 business days for standard production with some products available with RUSH Production Service.
Some specialized paper products take up to 7 business days for production. Our high end PVC plastic and metal cards take up to 3 weeks for production.
We produce and distribute through multiple facilities in the US. Depending on your product selection, your order will be processed at the closest capable facility to your shipping address to ensure the quickest possible delivery.
